Yes, exchanges are accepted under the same conditions as returns — either by mail within 30 days, or for free at our Singapore store.

How do I return a product to the returns department?

A return form is sent with your package. Please fill in the return form and add it to the package together with the copy of the invoice. First, request a product return from your customer dashboard ‘Product Returns’. Then ship your item back to us, following the instructions on the returns form included in your shipment.

REFUNDS

How long will it take before I receive my money back?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 30 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags, packaging and accessories included. We reserve the right to decline a return that does not meet these conditions.

    It doesn't wrinkle even after washing and is comfortable

    I think the number of washable products has increased recently, but while there are many things that wrinkle when washed, this product is the best that is washable and unironed.

    Since it is a type with a zipper on the side, it is difficult to put on and take it off, and the disadvantage is that makeup tends to adhere when taking it off, the number of stars has been reduced by 1, but it is heavily rotated.

    If possible, I would like you to make products with back zippers as well. Thank you for your support.

    The stripes look thin

    An excellent item that allows you to go into work mode just by wearing it as it is. The neck opens in a moderately V shape, so you can see very clearly. It seems easy to make changes with outerwear etc. I've avoided this shape because the skirt part is tight, but it's easier to wear than I thought! What's more, it looks slender!
