Returns & Exchanges

Not the right fit? No problem. Return eligible items within 30 days of shipment for a full refund.

Option 2: Return by Mail

If you cannot visit the store, you can return items by mail. Please note that return shipping costs for mail-in returns are the customer's responsibility.

What’s Eligible for 30-Day Returns

  • Items in original, unworn condition
  • All tags and labels attached
  • Returned within 30 days of shipment
Return Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Made-to-order products
  • Items received more than 30 days ago
  • Items with removed tags or labels
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or odor

We cannot accept returns via standard mail without tracking.

How to Process a Mail-In Return

Request

Go to My Account → Order History and click “Return”. Select item(s) and reason for return.

Pack

Include the original delivery statement (or a note with your 7-digit order number and name).

Ship

Ship to our return address.
Note: Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund:

Credit Card Refund to original card (5-10 business days)
Apple Pay / Google Pay Refund to original payment method (5-10 business days)

Note: If your card’s billing cycle has closed, the refund may appear on your next statement.
