Membership Registration

1. New Member Registration

You can register as a new member on the kay me online store using your email or via social login.

2. Social Login

You can create an account and log in using the following services:

  • Google
  • Facebook
  • Apple
  • Amazon

3. Account Verification

A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Click the "Verify Account" button in the email to access the "My Account" page and start using our services.

If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder or try registering again.

4. For Existing Account Holders

Customers who have used the kay me online shop before the migration will receive an email with instructions for account transition.

  1. Please log in by entering your registered email address on the login page.
  2. Your past purchase history and kay me points will be automatically carried over, so you can rest assured. *Please note that no password is required for the new kay me online store.

5. Membership Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your membership, please proceed through one of the following methods:

"My Account" provides convenient features for using the kay me online shop. By logging in, you can:

  • Store multiple names and addresses for a smooth shopping experience.
  • View your past online and in-store purchase history.
  • Check your kay me points balance.
  • Add items to your "Wishlist" for future purchases.

Note: For security reasons, credit card information is not stored. You will need to enter your payment details each time you make a purchase.

About kay me Club

kay me points can be used by participating in the "kay me Club" program.

  • Earn points not only through purchases but also by posting reviews, engaging on social media, and referring friends.
  • Accumulated points can be used for purchases on the online shop and at select stores. For more details, please refer to the official site.

Cart Functionality

Items added to the cart while logged in will be saved.

*If you no longer need an item, you can remove it from the cart.Note: Adding items to your cart does not guarantee stock availability. We recommend placing your order promptly.

Wishlist

  • You can save your favorite products in your "Wishlist" for later purchase.
  • It is now possible to create and manage multiple wishlists.
  • The memo feature previously available has been discontinued.Note: This feature is available to registered members only, and items in the wishlist are not reserved.

About Shop Pay

Shop Pay is a secure and convenient payment method provided by Shopify.

For Customers Who Previously Used Bank Transfers or Cash on Delivery

Due to the new payment system, bank transfers and cash on delivery are no longer available. We appreciate your understanding.

Note: Try-on orders can only be paid by credit card.

Pre-Orders

kay me operates on a pre-order system to minimize waste and produce only necessary quantities.

  • Pre-ordered items will be delivered on the scheduled shipping date mentioned on each product page.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.
  • For details on delivery dates, please refer to each product page.

Product Availability

  • Stock levels can be checked on each product page.
  • If size options are available, it means stock is present.
  • Please note that items may sell out during checkout, even if they were in your cart.

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping

Shipping within Japan is free for all orders, please use our Japanese Store.

International Shipping

  • For international orders, please use our Global Store or Singapore Store.
  • Prices include customs duties and international shipping fees.

Delivery Date Requests

You can select a preferred delivery date within 7 days from the order date.

Example: If you order on October 1, you can choose a delivery date between October 7 and October 14.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days after shipping if the item does not fit or is different from expectations.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom-made items
  • Items without tags
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or have an odor

Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Returns & Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items


Please check your order upon arrival to ensure there are no defects or errors, such as product damage or incorrect items.

If you discover any defects or receive the wrong item, we kindly ask that you complete the Return & Exchange Procedure below within 14 days of shipment.

Request For Exchange Policy

Once we have confirmed the condition of your returned item, we will proceed with shipping your replacement.

Please be aware that exchanges may be processed as returns if the requested item is out of stock. For custom-made products and items that have been repaired or altered, we are unable to accept exchanges for reasons other than defects both online and in-store.

Returns & Exchanges Procedure

Return Request Procedure

Go to the “My Account” page and access your Order History.

Select the order you wish to return and click the “Return” button.

Choose the item(s) and reason for return, then complete the application.

Return Deadline:

Return requests must be submitted within 15 days from the order date.

Please note that return requests cannot be made after the deadline has passed.


Procedure After Submitting a Return Request

Once your return request has been completed, you will receive an email titled “Return Request Received.”

Please print out this email and include it with the item(s) you are returning.

If printing is not possible, please include a note with the following information:

Please do not use regular mail or untracked delivery services. Be sure to use a method that provides a delivery record (tracking number).

Refund Procedure

Upon confirmation of the returned item(s), we will initiate the following process:


For purchases made by credit card

Credit card cancellation (Please note that if the cancellation deadline has passed, processing may take several months.)


Other Payment Methods

For payments made via Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, refunds will be processed directly to the payment method used for the original transaction.

Once the refund is completed, it will typically be reflected through your bank or credit card company within 5–10 business days.
