Yes, exchanges are accepted under the same conditions as returns — either by mail within 30 days, or for free at our Singapore store.
How do I return a product to the returns department?
A return form is sent with your package. Please fill in the return form and add it to the package together with the copy of the invoice. First, request a product return from your customer dashboard ‘Product Returns’. Then ship your item back to us, following the instructions on the returns form included in your shipment.

How long will it take before I receive my money back?

A perfect companion for a 1 night 2 day business trip. Since it can be used for business negotiations or as a loungewear in one, I was able to reduce my luggage to a minimum and stay light!
