Yes. You can return eligible items within 30 days of shipment by mail (unworn, with tags attached; return shipping cost applies), or return/exchange for FREE at our kay me store in Singapore — no shipping costs required.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, exchanges are accepted under the same conditions as returns — either by mail within 30 days, or for free at our Singapore store.
How do I return a product to the returns department?
A return form is sent with your package. Please fill in the return form and add it to the package together with the copy of the invoice. First, request a product return from your customer dashboard ‘Product Returns’. Then ship your item back to us, following the instructions on the returns form included in your shipment.
Can I also return my order in a kay me store directly?
Yes, you can return or exchange for free at our kay me store: Takashimaya S.C., Singapore.
REFUNDS
How long will it take before I receive my money back?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 30 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags, packaging and accessories included. We reserve the right to decline a return that does not meet these conditions.
